Refunds, Exchanges & Customer Care

At Margarets Haven, every order means the world to us. Not only does your purchase help keep our small business running, but it also allows us to continue supporting animal-related causes that are close to our heart. Because of this, all sales are considered final, and we are not able to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or accidental purchases. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing checkout to avoid any issues.

That said, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We value each and every customer who chooses to shop with us, and we want you to feel confident and cared for when ordering from our store.


Damages or Issues with Your Order

We take quality control seriously, and every order is checked before being shipped out. However, if your order happens to arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it at support@margaretshaven.com

When you contact us, please include clear photos or a short video so we can quickly verify the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the problem by offering either a replacement or a refund. Our goal is to make things right in the rare case something goes wrong.


Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your account.

Please note some orders are only eligible for partial refunds. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@margaretshaven.com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.


Donations

From time to time, customers generously choose to make a donation in addition to their purchase. Donations are completely voluntary and go directly toward supporting our mission of helping animals. Because these contributions are gifts rather than purchases, they are non-refundable once processed.
